Juvenile Criminal Charges

Certain criminal offenses, committed by persons under the age of 18, or administered under a separate justice system, referred to as the juvenile justice system.  Juvenile Court is a separate Court, with confidential proceedings, unless the juvenile offender is transferred to criminal Court.  Frequently, juvenile offenses present the opportunity to engage in counseling intended to change behavior and result in no criminal record.  Olson & Olson, PLC is experienced in representing persons before Juvenile Courts.  In the event of juvenile arrest, please call us for a free consultation.
